NOTICE: Please be aware that shipping charges are not refunded and orders that received free shipping could be subject to an additional charge both for the original shipment to you and for the return shipment to the manufacturer. Plus all returns must be made within 30 days or a 15% restocking fee may be charged.

In other words shipping will be charged both ways on all returns unless the customer pays for the shipping on the package themselves. Plus an additional handling fee could be assessed for a package to be reshipped a second time.
